Keesler Federal Credit Union

In June 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Keesler Federal Credit Union for allegedly misrepresenting that it charges overdraft fees when an account does not have enough money to cover a transaction when, according to plaintiffs, the credit union charges such fees on transactions that do not actually overdraw the account. (Lloyd et al v. Keesler Federal Credit Union, Case No. 19-cv-351, S. D. MS.)
