January 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Premier Nutrition for allegedly falsely advertising that Joint Juice (a line of dietary supplements containing glucosamine and chondroitin) supports joint health, reduces joint pain and stiffness, and “helps keep cartilage lubricated and flexible” when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients in the drink do not provide the advertised benefits.
