October 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Jimmy John’s for allegedly falsely advertising its Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Raisin Oatmeal Cookie as “All Natural” without adequately disclosing that the cookies contain highly processed and artificial ingredients.
