January 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Jimmy John’s for allegedly falsely marketing Jimmy’s All Natural Raisin Oatmeal Cookie and Jimmy’s All Natural Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie as “All Natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the cookies contain processed, artificial, and non-natural ingredients.
