July 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against the provider of international communication and television services iTalk Global Communications for allegedly violating California law by offering service for a limited period of time without adequately disclosing that consumers who sign up would be enrolled in an automatic renewal program and continuous service plan. Plaintiffs also claim that the company does not adequately disclose its cancellation and refund policies.
