September 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against InfiniteLabs, LLC for allegedly falsely advertising Infinite Labs Pro Tribulus, a dietary supplement containing tribulus terrestris, a fruit-producing Mediterranean plant. Among other things, plaintiffs allege that InfiniteLabs markets the product as “testosterone boosting” and “muscle building” without any scientific evidence to support such claims. (Dabish et al. v.
