November 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against the multi-level marketing company Total Life Changes for allegedly falsely advertising that Iaso Raspberry Lemonade Instant Tea with Broad-Spectrum Hemp Extract contains “0.0% THC” when, according to plaintiffs, the tea does contain THC. (Williams et al v. Total Life Changes, LLC, Case No. 27-cv-20-14517, Minnesota State Court – Fourth Judicial District, Hennepin County)
