April 2016: This action was dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. because the parties reached a settlement agreement. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

August 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kimberly-Clark for allegedly falsely marketing Huggies® “pure and natural” Diapers and Huggies® “Natural Care” Wipes as natural and safer than traditional diapers and wipes when they actually contain unnatural and potentially harmful ingredients. (Franjul et al v. Kimberly-Clark Corp., Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc., and Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, Case No. 15-cv-06200, S. D. NY.)
