December 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Horizon Organic Dairy for allegedly misleadingly representing that cartons of milk are flavored with vanilla when, according to the plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include vanilla and shows that the products contain unspecified “organic natural flavor.” (Lamouth et al v. Horizon Organic Dairy, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-11928, S.D.N.Y.)
