(a company selling monthly subscriptions for feminine hygiene products) for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms and conditions of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers and, as a result, charged consumers without their consent. (Doe et al v. HelloFlo, Inc. and Does 1-10, Case No. 15-cv-1882, C. D. CA.)
