June 2014: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

March 2014: Another class-action lawsuit was filed against Heinz alleging that the company falsely advertises its Distilled White Vinegar as “all natural” when it actually contains genetically modified ingredients. (Weiss et al v. H. J. Heinz Company, Case No. 14-cv-60728, S. D. FL.).
