Tesco helps students get fruit and veggies for free.
In August 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Garden of Light, Inc. dba Bakery on Main for allegedly marketing food products – including Granola Extreme Fruit & Nut Bag – as containing evaporated cane juice when, in reality, it contains sugar. The lawsuit was transferred to federal court in October 2016. (Moreno et al v. Garden of Light, Inc. dba Bakery on Main and Does 1-25, Case No. 16-cv-2160, C. D. CA.)
