In September 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against ACH Food Companies, Inc. for allegedly deceptively packaging Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade® baking mixes in opaque containers with approximately 50% empty space. (Buso et al v. ACH Food Companies, Inc., Case no. 17-cv-1872, S. D. CA.)
