Specifically, the lawsuit alleges that the bank discloses a 120% Annual percentage rate; the amount of interest charged to a credit card, loan or mortgage account balances annually. to its checking-account customers who want to open an account with a line of credit to obtain short-term advances based on their regular direct deposits, but the rate actually tends to be much higher.
