Earthbath Pet Products
In October 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Earthbath for allegedly misleadingly marketing Earthbath pet products – including wipes, shampoos, and conditioners – as natural when, according to the complaint, the products contain synthetic ingredients. (Jurado et al v. Earthbath, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-5619, E. D. NY.)
