(a company providing subscriptions for vitamin supplements and other drugstore products) for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms and conditions of its automatic renewal or continuous service offers resulting in consumers getting charged without their consent. (Hanberg et al v. Drugstore.com, Inc. and Does 1-10, Case No. 16-cv-523, C. D. CA.)
