In February 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Snack Innovations for allegedly falsely marketing that Drizzilicious Cinnamon Swirl and Drizzilicious Birthday Cake contain white chocolate when, according to plaintiffs, the products do not contain white chocolate. (Morrison et al v. Snack Innovations, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-1238, S. D. NY.)
