DISH Network Satellite Television Packages
A false advertising lawsuit against DISH Network is still pending in a Missouri court as of August 2015. The lawsuit, which was originally filed in 2011, alleges that the marketing for the company’s satellite television packages does not adequately disclose that the company may delete or change the programming or change the price of programming at any time during a consumer’s subscription. (Padberg et al v. DISH Network, L.L.C., Case No. 11-cv-4035, W. D. MO.)
