Discount Prices at Hobby Lobby

In May 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Hobby Lobby for allegedly deceptively advertising discounts by comparing discounted prices to fake original prices to make consumers believe they are receiving a good deal and induce them to make a purchase. According to the complaint, the merchandise is never offered or sold at the represented original price. (Chase et al v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. and Does 1-50, Case No. 17-cv-881, S. D. CA.)
