In September 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Fairlife LLC for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the flavoring ingredient in Core Power Vanilla High Protein Milk Shake is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list includes unspecified “Natural Flavors” instead of a vanilla ingredient. (Yfante et al v. Fairlife LLC, Case No. 20-cv-7776, S.D.N.Y.)
