Five Hopped Up Beer Claims
Beer me some misleading ad claims this St. Patrick’s Day.

February 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against MillerCoors for allegedly misleadingly marketing Coors Light beer as being made in the Rocky Mountains when, even though the company still operates its famous brewery in Colorado, the beer is actually brewed in breweries in the United States nowhere near the Rocky Mountains. (Lorenzo et al v. MillerCoors LLC et al, Case No. 2016-3258, Florida Circuit & County – Miami Dade)
