In June 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Windmill Health Products for allegedly deceptively packaging its Super Greens products in opaque containers that contain more than 50% empty space. (Casillas et al v. Windmill Health Products, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-5485, C.D. Cal.)
