In May 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals for allegedly deceptively marketing that the Combivent Respimat asthma inhaler will provide 120 doses when, according to plaintiffs, the inhaler contains far fewer dosages, sometimes less than half the advertised amount.
