Coca-Cola Text Spam

In December 2012, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Coca-Cola Co. and its marketing firm Mozes Inc. for allegedly sending thousands of unsolicited text messages to consumers without permission in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  (Philips v.
