August 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against General Mills for allegedly failing to inform consumers that its Cheerios cereal contains glyphosate, an ingredient that is dangerous and a carcinogen. (Doss et al v. General Mills, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-61924, S. D. FL.)
