In December 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against California Natural Living for allegedly misleading marketing that its California Baby Natural Bug Blend Bug Repellent “repels mosquitoes” when, according to the plaintiffs, the product does not repel mosquitoes. (Yates et al v. California Natural Living, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-1415, N. D. NY.)
