Boxes of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites and Other Taste of Nature Candies
In March 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Taste of Nature for allegedly deceptively using slack-filled boxes that contain between 47% and 58% empty space for candy, including Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites, Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough Bites, Cinnamon Bun Bites, Muddy Bears, Shari Candies Cherry Sour Balls, Despicable Me 2 Sour Gummies, Sqwigglies, and Hello Kitty Treats.
