In June 2013, a settlement between Boiron, Inc. and consumers who filed a class-action lawsuit against it for allegedly falsely advertising its Children’s Coldcalm’s ability to relieve cold symptoms was preliminarily approved by a federal judge. According to the settlement terms, class members will get a full refund if they have their receipts (even without receipts, though, consumers who purchased Children’s Coldcalm may be entitled to some small reimbursement).
