BMW’s “TwinPower Turbo” Engines

May 2017: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

March 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against BMW for allegedly deceptively marketing turbocharged engines as “TwinPower Turbo” when they are actually single-turbo engines. (Bedi et al v. BMW of North America, LLC, Case No. 15-cv-01898, D. NJ.).
