May 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Ross Stores, AQ Textiles, and Creative Textile Mills for allegedly misleadingly representing that bedding and linen products – including Grand Estate 800TC Luxurious Sateen Weave sheets, Ultra Lux 800 Sheets, and Sterling Manor 700 sheets – have a higher thread count than they actually do. (Morrison et al v. Ross Stores, Inc. et al, Case No. 18-cv-2671, N.D. Cal.)
