In April 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Bai Brands for allegedly misleadingly marketing fruit-flavored beverags – including Bai Antioxidant Infusion Brasilia Blueberry and Bai Bubbles Sparkling Antioxidant Infusion Bolivia Black Cherry – as natural when, according to the plaintiffs, the beverages contain artificial flavors.
