Bai Antioxidant Cocofusion

In July 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Bai Brands for allegedly falsely marketing that four flavors of bai Antioxidant Cocofusion beverages – Andes Coconut Lime, Puna Coconut Pineapple, Maui Coconut Raspberry, and Malawi Coconut Mango – contain limes, pineapples, raspberries, and mangos, respectively, when, according to the complaint, the beverages do not contain the represented fruits and are flavored by other ingredients.
