A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Bai Brands for allegedly misleadingly representing that Bai 5 Antioxidant Infusions beverages contain antioxidants without meeting federal and state requirements to make such claims. In January 2016, a hearing on a motion to dismiss was held. The motion was taken under submission, which means the judge did not immediately announce a decision. (Vassigh et al v.
