April 2019: This case was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled. because the parties reached a settlement agreement.

February 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Apollo Box, Inc. (a web-based company that offers subscriptions for home décor products) for allegedly failing to adequately present the terms of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers resulting in subscribers being charged without their consent. (Rivera et al v. Apollo Box, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-1354, C.D. Cal.)
