April 2019: This case was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice because the parties reached a settlement agreement.

February 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Apollo Box, Inc. (a web-based company that offers subscriptions for home décor products) for allegedly failing to adequately present the terms of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers resulting in subscribers being charged without their consent. (Rivera et al v. Apollo Box, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-1354, C.D. Cal.)
