March 2016: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled.. The reasons have not been disclosed.
January 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Mushroom Wisdom for allegedly deceptively marketing the supplement Amyloban 3399 as an effective therapy for the prevention of brain disease – including Alzheimer’s Disease – when, in reality, such claims are not true and in violation of federal law. The lawsuit was transferred to federal court in February 2016. (Hoffman et al v. Mushroom Wisdom, Inc., Case No. 16-cv-768, D. NJ.)
