February 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Blue Diamond Growers for allegedly deceptively marketing Almond Breeze Almond Milk products as “All Natural” when they actually contain chemical preservatives and synthetic and artificial ingredients. (Harlam et al v. Blue Diamond Growers, Case No. 15-cv-00877, E. D. NY.).
