May 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Adore Organic Innovations for allegedly falsely marketing ADORE CELLMAX products as containing an “exclusive Plant Stem Cell Formula” that restores the youthful appearance of skin and provides other anti-aging benefits when, according to plaintiffs, the stem cell formula is not “exclusive” to the products because it is contained in other cosmetics and the products do not provide any anti-aging benefits.
