A recent string of class-action lawsuits against Scotts Miracle-Gro allege that the company falsely advertises some of its fertilizer and seed. Here are five claims cited in the lawsuits that you may want to keep in mind when shopping for grass-growing products this season.
A Scotts spokesperson said the company does not comment on ongoing litigation.
