The FDA has sent a warning letter to M&A Caribbean Traders, Inc. for selling MegaGraviola in violation of FDA regulations. According to the FDA’s letter sent in April 2014, the company makes many health claims without FDA approval. According to the FDA’s letter, the company claims MegaGraviola will help:

  • Lower blood pressure
  • Kill malignant cells in 12 different types of cancer
  • Fevers
  • Flu
  • Skin disease
  • Diarrhea
  • Dyspepsia
  • Herpes
  • Rheumatism
  • Scurvy
  • Asthma
  • Diabetes
  • Arthritis
  • Dysentery
  • Ulcers
  • Ringworm
  • Malaria
  • Insomnia
  • Liver problems
  • Thyroid problems
  • Endometriosis

In addition, the FDA says the product is also misbranded because the label does not include adequate directions.

The company had 15 days to correct the issues and respond to the FDA.
