The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP), an ad industry self regulatory body, has referred BestSolarExperts.com to the FTC following the company’s failure to respond to an inquiry requesting substantiation about its advertising claims. Among other things, the company claimed that homeowners could go solar “for little or nothing down” and save hundreds on their electricity bills.

However, the sun may have already set for BestSolarExperts.com as the site is currently up for grabs. The screenshot of the site above is how it looked on Oct. 1, according to the Wayback Machine, an Internal archive tool.
