In May 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Walmart for allegedly falsely marketing that the primary ingredient in Spring Valley Vitamin E Skin Oil is vitamin E oil when, according to the complaint, vitamin E oil comprises less than 20 percent of the product.
