Among its many responsibilities, the NCUA is charged with enforcing its advertising regulations, which prohibit insured credit unions from using any ad that is inaccurate or deceptive, or which misrepresents its services, contracts, or financial condition.
The NCUA also invites anyone who suspects fraud to report it to the NCUA Fraud Hotline.
