March 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Nutronics Labs, Inc. for allegedly deceptively advertising IGF-1 Plus, a line of deer antler velvet supplements. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that the company represents that the supplements will provide a variety of health benefits – such as promoting a healthy immune system, helping to build lean muscles and speed recovery time, promoting healthy flexible joints, and enhancing sexual performance – without scientific evidence to support such claims.
