Toothpaste Tube Recycling Information


Contrary to what Colgate and Tom’s of Maine represent in marketing materials promoting their “recyclable” toothpaste tubes, and despite being made of recyclable HDPE plastic, toothpaste tubes are not presently recycled, a fact that is acknowledged by Colgate, as well as experts in the field and waste management companies.
