
FTC Should Ban Individual Impersonation Scams

June 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Amalie AOC for allegedly misleadingly marketing its line of XCEL Premium passenger car motor oils by failing to adequately disclose that the oils are not suitable for and can harm modern car engines.
