April 2020: This case was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. because the parties reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

April 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Boon Technologies and Wondercide for allegedly falsely advertising Wondercide Flea & Tick Control as being “natural,” “green,” and “safe” when, according to plaintiffs, the product contains synthetic chemicals and at least one of the ingredients is linked to skin irritation and allergic reactions. (Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint in May 2019.) (Pasik et al v. Boon Technologies, LLC, Wondercide, LLC et al, Case No. 19-cv-2357, E. D. NY.)
