In April 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Wegmans Food Markets for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the exclusive flavoring ingredient in Wegmans Organic Soy Vanilla Soymilk is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include a vanilla ingredient and reveals the product contains “Natural Flavors.” (Miller et al v. Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-1703, E.D.N.Y.)
