Class Action

Vuse Electronic Cigarettes

In September 2015, a class-action lawsuit was filed against R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company for allegedly deceptively marketing Vuse electronic cigarettes. According to the complaint, the company does not disclose the presence of harmful carcinogens and fails to warn consumers of the risks associated with the e-cigarettes. (Harris et al v. R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company, Case No. 15-cv-4075, N. D. CA.)
