In September 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against US-Mattress alleging that the company falsely advertises a “100 Night In-Home Trial” for mattresses to make consumers think that they have 100 days to try out and return a mattress if they are dissatisfied when, according to plaintiffs, the mattresses are non-returnable.
